I have been admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association — OAB/RS no. 29.440 — since 1991, with more than 20 years of experience in international law, immigration law and cross-border legal advisory.
Over the course of my career I have lived and worked in several countries, at law firms and companies in Brazil and abroad. That international experience allows me to understand not only the legal questions, but the practical challenges faced by individuals, families and businesses who want to live, invest or expand internationally.
I bring substantial experience in immigration, international corporate law, foreign investment, company formation, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business internationalisation, debt recovery, and advisory work for domestic and international companies.
I advise clients on matters involving Brazil, the United States, Italy and Spain, with an approach that is personal, strategic and transparent at every stage.
In the United States, I work in partnership with licensed U.S. attorneys — including specialists in removal defense, administrative and judicial appeals, naturalisation, visas, permanent residence and other complex immigration proceedings — so that every client receives the representation best suited to their circumstances.
I am fluent in Portuguese, English, Italian and Spanish, which makes it possible to work directly with clients of many nationalities and to keep communication precise where precision matters most.
My education includes a law degree in Juridical and Social Sciences from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS) and a postgraduate specialisation in International Business Law, alongside international courses and conferences in international law, civil law, civil procedure and Mercosur.
