About Rosane
I have been admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association — OAB/RS no. 29.440 — since 1991, with more than 20 years of experience in international law, immigration law and cross-border legal advisory.
Over the course of my career I have lived and worked in several countries, at law firms and companies in Brazil and abroad. That international experience allows me to understand not only the legal questions, but the practical challenges faced by individuals, families and businesses who want to live, invest or expand internationally.

These areas rarely arrive on their own — a visa usually comes attached to a company, a contract, or a family matter in another country.

International Business & Investments
Expanding into another country is, first and foremost, a legal decision: where to incorporate, how to contract, how to move capital and how to protect what already exists.
Global Mobility
Six situations that almost always arrive involving more than one country at the same time.
Choosing the right visa and organising documents before the move.
Structuring the investment and understanding obligations in each country.
Incorporating with the corporate structure that actually fits.
Marriage, divorce and documents across different jurisdictions.
Assessing eligibility and assembling the required documentation.
Work visas and international transfers.
How We Work
From first contact to closing the file, the process is the same — only the jurisdiction changes.
We begin by understanding your goals, background and international circumstances.
We identify the legal path and coordinate the appropriate professionals and jurisdictions.
Your matter is handled with organization, transparency and constant communication.
When necessary, we coordinate with licensed attorneys and professionals in other jurisdictions.

My green card process was smooth. Thank you Rosane for all the help you provide during the process, being always available through phone and responding to my emails quickly. Received the Green Card within 5 months without any queries, which was very good. I was very happy with the service provided.
Rosane, today is a very special day for me and my wife. We want to thank you here, from the bottom of our hearts, for your attention, your dedication and above all for making yourself available to us at any hour of the day, with highly professional work, helping us through the process of becoming American citizens. My sincere thanks.
I would like to thank you for all the assistance, knowledge, accessibility and professionalism. How many times did I send messages on a Saturday night or a Sunday morning and always got answers to my questions and sometimes to my anxieties. Rosane answered everything, at any hour. What lawyer does that? Best of all, with careful answers grounded in more than two decades of experience. I hope you keep offering your service and helping people.
I want to thank you for making our dream of getting our visa and being able to go to the USA come true. Thank you so much for your competence. It was very easy with all your guidance in preparing the documentation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you!
Thank you very much, Dr. Rosane, for your dedication and commitment. I am very happy to have received my travel authorization.
It is with great affection and gratitude that today I have my work authorization in the USA, thanks to this wonderful and highly competent person, Dr. Rosane Damazio. One part of the process now complete. Thank you so much for all your dedication, always.
There are no words to describe the joy of finally being able to see my family again after so many years. That is only possible today because of your impeccable work, Dr. Rosane. Your attention to detail, your initiative and your professionalism made this dream real. Thank you so much for all your effort — only the Lord can repay you in the same measure. A warm and affectionate embrace, and gratitude always.
I had my case with another lawyer before I met Dr. Rosane, and it had been stalled for years — all I ever heard was to wait. When I met Rosane and explained the situation, she simply said, from her experience: “Let’s do this, and they will certainly approve you.” And that is exactly what happened: we sent what she had told us in December, and in January my case was approved! Thank you so much for that — your experience saved me. Thank you!
Every matter is different. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome in other cases, which depend on external factors including discretionary decisions by government authorities. Testimonials were sent by clients and are published without identifying details.
